COURSE DESCRIPTION:  Beginner and intermediate knitters are welcome to bring their needles and yarn to learn or to complete started projects.  Instruction will be given to new knitters to learn how to hold and utilize their needles and yarn to work at creating projects of their choice.   Enjoy the comfort and friendliness this needle art has provided for centuries. Some basic patterns for hats, scarves, washcloths and baby items will be available. Pattern exchanges are encouraged.

Material to bring:
- Yarn of your choice, cotton acrylic or wool.
- Pair of size 5 or 6 knitting needles
- Scissors
- A blunt end yarn needle or crochet hook
- Patterns for use or exchange.
* Instructor will also have some patterns and basic materials for in-class use.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Rose Marie is a visual artist who is a graduate of both the Honors Fine Arts at York University and Fine Arts at Humber College.  Artist has exhibited in solo and shared shows throughout GTA and her paintings and prints are in business and personal collections throughout Canada.  Some of her works may be viewed at Studio 4b, Beaux-Arts Brampton, or online, at www.beaux-artsbrampton.com by clicking on Rose Marie Nicolucci and then view gallery.

DISCOUNTS: For registrations paid 4 weeks prior to the start date of any classes offered by Beaux-Arts Brampton you get a $10.00 discount on the fee. Seniors and BAB Members get a $10.00 discount on all Beaux-Arts run classes. Your place in the class is not reserved until your payment is received.  Payment may be made in person or over the phone or by mail.
We can accept cheques with advance registration only; debit, cash, visa and mastercard. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: In the event the minimum enrollment is not achieved 14 days prior to the start date of the class, the class may be cancelled and your payment fully refunded. Every effort will be made to reschedule the class at a later date. 

WITHDRAWALS: If you wish to withdraw from the program, your fee minus a $25.00 administration charge will be refunded only if requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the start day of the class.
There are no refunds for no show participants.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH REGISTRATION (no post-dates). PRE REGISTATION IS REQUIRED AND NO SPOTS WILL BE HELD WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT. EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT IS $10.00 WITH PAID REGISTRATIONS 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO START DATE OF CLASS OR SENIORS DISCOUNT IS $10.00.

Refund Policy

 

1) Class fees minus a $25.00 Administration Fee will be refunded only if a request in writing to withdraw from a program is received at least 14 days prior to the first day of the class.

 

2) Where there may be insufficient registration and the class is cancelled Beaux-Arts Brampton will provide a full refund.

 

3) No refunds will be given after the 14 day cut off for ‘no-show’ participants.

 

This registration form will be electronically submitted to Beaux-Arts Brampton. Payment for the workshop can be made at the gallery.
